Sun Property Participated the Wealthy Family Office Investment Discussion

As the common strategic partner with Commonwealth bank, together with famous entrepreneurs and government officials, Sun Property Group participated "Chinese-Western Family Office Round Table Forum - Oversea Family Capital Investment " in Sydney parliament House on 30th March.

This meeting was composed of five Australian family offices, two Australian-Chinese family group, Chinese listed company CEOs and many well-known firms or organisations such as funds, banks and accounting firms and law firms.

 At the start, New South Wales senator Guozhong Wang and Sydney councillor Yaowen Guo gave the speech to showed their expectation and welcome for investment from Chinese entrepreneurs.  

 The spokesman Leo Liu from Sun Property Group addressed the speech about " Chinese Families Invested in Overseas Real Estate - The investment strategy from East to west". In this speech, he analysed the Australian property market in unique perspective and believed that from the international political economic environment, Australia development and immigration overview, although Australian market is experiencing periodic fluctuation, the long-term growth trend can be positive within the high demand suburbs.

Moreover, Leo compared the different strategies to invest in Australian real estate, the differences of Australia and Chinese property development procedures, the returns of Australian property market. Finally, he introduced the 10 projects under development of Sun Property Group in north Sydney.

The roundtable forum in the afternoon was the climax of the meeting. Wayne Sun, the CEO of Sun Property Group, introduced the development history and philosophy of the company, compared the macroeconomic environment of Australia and Chinese market, explained the investment models and concluded the most fitted Australian market investment model from the return, risk and cultural differences perspectives.

Furthermore, regarding family wealth inheritance issue, Wayne believed that the top structure of the family funds should be solved primarily and there should be a strategic committee on top of the board of directors to ensure the right strategies and substantial development. After extending the family wealth philosophy and had a clear goal of the future direction, his family established a charity trust by 20 people.

This roundtable forum also discussed the investment philosophy of Chinese local entrepreneurs, Australian family office investment direction and development trend, family wealth inheritance, industry acquisition and the western wealthy family lifestyles.

After the meeting, Wayne Sun invited many famous Chinese entrepreneurs to visit Sun Property office located at North Sydney to know more about related projects and discussed the investment strategies in depth.
